Nourishment – Supporting Your Journey

​

Food plays an important role in holding and supporting the breathwork process. Throughout the weekend we will provide wholesome, home-cooked vegetarian meals, prepared with care to nurture both body and spirit.

​

Sitters will receive either breakfast or lunch each day, breathers a very light snack, while everyone will share an evening snack together. In addition, a shared table will be available at all times, offering fruits, nuts, tea, and coffee so that you can replenish gently as needed.

​

All meals include low-carb options and are intentionally designed to be simple, light, and supportive of the inner work you will be engaging in.
