Preparing the Body, Opening the Breath

To begin our time together, Anna will guide a gentle, body-opening, breath-led practice to prepare you for the deeper work of Grof® Breathwork. A British Wheel of Yoga–qualified teacher, Anna teaches in a friendly, relaxed and accessible way, inviting you to listen to your body and move in a manner that feels nourishing and safe for you. Expect slow, alignment-focused sequences drawn from Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra, woven with mindful breath to release tension, settle the mind and cultivate presence. There’s no performance or competition here, just supportive options and modifications for every body, so you can arrive, soften and feel at home in yourself before we breathe.
